Staying Spiritually Fit
We began 2025 with a weight loss series, dealing with the excess bagage that weighs us down, robbing us of the abundant life desired by God and promised by Christ. As you know, one of the most difficult components of any weight loss process is how to keep the weight off. Let’s keep it up!
Lent is a 40 day journey of self examination that prepares us for Easter. Each Sunday we will examine one of the spiritual disciplines (that’s right, I said disciplines), that God gives to keep us spirtually fit and fill us with a sense of joyful anticipation of the Resurrection.
